Growing Up... Starring Legos

The start of the school years brings a reminder to all of us just how big our kids are getting.  We all wish they would stay young forever, at least I do anyway, but alas they have to grow up sometime.  Part of growing up is getting taller and we know the problems that causes.  No one wants to be that seven year old kid that is still wearing 5T pants.  It's time that our clothes get bigger too.

The Movie

I think I will still keep him the size that he is.  I am not ready for him to be the same height as me.

  3. There are endless possibilities... especially when you live at my house. They keep us all young! No need to get longer legs that way.

  5. I guess it wasn't your typical picture of your kid getting on the bus.

  6. Great as usual. So can you get hand-me-down Lego legs, or do you have to buy new ones all the time? Maybe an older cousin that's outgrown his?

I agree with Coffee Lovin' Mom: this is one to show my son.

  7. I would get you some legs, but most of them have holes in them or have a leg completely torn from the other. I have a lot of heads laying around, do you need another one?

  12. I don't know if it is good for us or not, but The Man and I are both short - so hopefully our kids won't be mammoths...if they are, we won't be able to let them use our clothes in case I miss a load (or 10) of laundry!
